How to know when it is time to
stand aside or when it is time to come

attention. It may emerge in
connection and coregulation.

hide in cacophony.
Here are ingredients to support knowing:
Sufficient spaciousness,
collective clearness.
Once a leading emerges, take good care.
Discernment demands guardrails
of collaborative energy.
Test the spirits, being willing to leave
ego at the altar of a greater good.
Know that in all ways
the process repeats
over and again, never once being
the treasure’s end… rather, ongoing
movement toward faithful calling.
